Summer is our favorite time of year, and at the Summer Day Camp at the Goldsboro Family YMCA, there will be more opportunities to make the most out of summer. Our campers play games and sports, make arts and crafts, go swimming, learn new skills, engage in academic enrichment, make new friends, and so much more! Every week has a new, exciting theme that you’re your campers will explore!Hours: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
$120/week for second child and $100 for each additional child
One Time Registration Fee: $40/child or $70/family

What should my camper wear to camp?
Active/Athletic clothing & closed toe shoes
What should my camper bring to camp?
Sunscreen, water bottle, swimsuit & towel on swim days
What should my camper NOT bring to camp?
ANY electronic device, personal toys/trading cards, anything of high value
What is the camper to staff ratio?
1 counselor to every 12 - 15 campers
When are field trips?
Field trips happen each week (except the first and last) Monday - Thursday.
The are based on their Huddles/Groups. More details will be given in the
parent handbook and at orientation.
What is the daily Schedule?
Sample schedules will available online after registration and a walk thrugh of
daily schedules will given at Parent Orientation
Can I send Lunch with my camper & do you provide lunch?
Lunch and afternoon snack are provided. You may still send lunch, but we ask
that it does not have peanut products.
