Lifeguards - This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Lifeguards are the first line of defense for ensuring and maintaining aquatic safety within the pool area. First responders for the association. Full Description
Member Service Representative - This position delivers excellent service to all members, guests and program participants. Respond to member and guest needs, promote memberships and programs, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. Perform other duties as assigned. Full Description
Personal Trainer - This position is responsible for planning and leading a range of individualized exercise sessions for clients in the fitness center and weight room areas. To provide a safe, enjoyable and positive environment that is educational and motivational. Full Description
Swim Lesson Instructor - This position instructs swimming lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines, having prepared lesson plans accordingly. Swim lesson Instructors also build effective, authentic relationships with students and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA. Preschool Director: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Preschool Director will be responsible for recruiting and training preschool teachers, all aspects of the preschool curriculum, and recruitment of children. The Preschool Director will make decisions related to the specific activities, personnel, and fiscal management of the preschool payments and budget. Preschool Teacher: As a YMCA Preschool teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and inclusive environment. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of each child. You will create engaging lesson plans, activities, and daily routines that promote learning through play and exploration. Additionally, you will monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents or guardians. Collaborating with a team of dedicated educators, you will maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children. As a YMCA Preschool teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners and contribute to their early educational journey.
