Member Engagement Director - Under the direction of the CEO, the Membership Engagement Director is the primary point of contact to manage the daily operations of the membership department which includes sales, prospecting, retention and all frontline operations. This position is responsible for supervision of staff, engagement with prospective members, facility tours, membership sales, and retention activities. In addition, the position will supervise our Family Engagement Coordinator with oversight of drop in childcare and all family programs. Day Camp Counselors - If you love kids and want a meaningful summer job, consider being a summer camp counselor for the Y! We're looking for day camp counselors in kid programming that includes group activities and games, sports, the arts and more. It’s a rewarding opportunity to provide leadership and guidance to a new group of campers each week.
Group Exercise Instructor (Including TRX)- Responsible for promoting fitness and wellness through the YMCA Group Exercise program. He/she must be committed to serving the general population in their pursuit of health and well-being; be able to conduct group exercise classes in the designated format; promote safety and well-being when developing and implementing classes; be able to build positive relationships with members and staff and be a role model for them, exemplifying high standard and values; and manage those functions in accordance with the mission, goals, and policies stated by the YMCA.
