The YMCA offers sports all year for adults and kids of all ages. They come to play basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, baseball, tee-ball, softball, pickleball and racquetball.
YMCA youth sports provide opportunities for camaraderie, building skills and character development. We aim to keep kids moving and focus on their health and well-being.
We offer competitive and recreational programs.

Fall Soccer 2021
Youth Soccer is an exciting sport combining team play and individual skills. Y youth soccer promises no try outs, no getting cut and no bench warmers! Every child plays at least half of every game while making friends and learning new techniques. The Y Youth Sports Program helps kids become not only better players, but better people as well. It is a progressive program, with multiple age-specific levels. Every child gets to play, and the games are safe, exciting and fun. We encourage fair play, positive competition, and family involvement. Open to girls and boys ages 4-13 (cannot turn 14 during the season.)

Youth Sports Sponsorship
Show your support of our Goldsboro community and kids' growth by sponsoring Youth Sports at the Y. When you sponsor a team, your business name or logo will appear on a team’s shirt or jersey, and you will receive a team photo to display in your workplace. You get great visibility in the community while making it possible for kids to be involved in team sports at an affordable cost.
