Active Older Adults (ages 62+) find connection, encouragement, and support at the Y. Through fun, safe, and engaging programs, participants build friendships, stay active, and celebrate milestones together—creating a strong sense of community and belonging.

Our Active Older Adult programs are designed to support overall health and well-being by improving strength, balance, and mobility. As we age, staying active becomes even more important. With guided classes and supportive instructors, participants can maintain independence, reduce the risk of injury, and continue living life to the fullest.
