This position delivers excellent service to all members, guests and program participants. Respond to member and guest needs, promote memberships and programs, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for planning and leading a range of individualized exercise sessions for clients in the fitness center and weight room areas. To provide a safe, enjoyable and positive environment that is educational and motivational.

This position instructs swimming lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines, having prepared lesson plans accordingly.  Swim lesson Instructors also build effective, authentic relationships with students and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA. Encourages parent involvement and identifies potential volunteers.
