Goldsboro Family YMCA Welcomes Alyssa Bradshaw Fox as Associate Executive Director
The Goldsboro Family YMCA is pleased to announce the hiring of Alyssa Bradshaw Fox as our new Associate Executive Director, where she will serve as the leader of branch operations. Alyssa brings extensive experience in both YMCA leadership and Parks and Recreation, most recently serving in leadership at neighboring Eastern North Carolina YMCA, and she also has a meaningful personal connection to our branch, having spent time at the Goldsboro Y growing up.
Throughout her 10 years in recreation leadership, Alyssa has gained extensive experience managing programs, supporting staff, and creating engaging recreational opportunities that serve diverse populations and communities of all ages.
Her professional background includes overseeing and supporting a wide range of programs, including summer camps, after school care, youth athletics, aquatics, community events, and senior programming. Alyssa’s well-rounded experience and collaborative leadership style make her an excellent addition to the Y team.

We are excited to welcome Alyssa to the Goldsboro Family YMCA and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our organization and the community we serve. Her first day will be Wednesday, May 20, and we are thrilled to officially have her join the team!
