GET FIT & MAKE A DIFFERENCE
"Help the Hungry" is a motivational challenge that begins in October and ends early December. Along with keeping participants accountable to their exercise routine, this challenge also benefits our community. The donated food is distributed at Christmas to local families who are in need of assistance through our "Y's Men" event, and pet food to the Humane Society. After completing the below requirements, participants will receive a t-shirt and a special luncheon as a congratulations and appreciation of their efforts.
2018 CHALLENGE RAN OCTOBER 1 - DECEMBER 1! CONGRATS TO ALL OF OUR FINISHERS!
REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLETING THE FITNESS CHALLENGE:
- Log ALL of your activity at the Touchscreen at the Front Desk
- Complete 30 workouts (1 per day allowed)
- Donate 30 nonperishable food items
- Donate 1 pet food items
- Perform 3 random acts of kindness
As a nonprofit, we are seeking donors for this event as well. If you or your business would like to contribute financially or provide food for our luncheon, please contact Pam! We will be sure to include you in all of our marketing materials.
