Water Based Group Classes
Love to be in the pool? Then our water based exercise classes are for you! The resistance and buoyancy of the water improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Classes include a variety of shallow and deep water environments and are offered Monday-Saturday in our Olympic Size Pool and our Therapy Warm Water Pool. Our classes can be tailored to both our experienced participants as well as first timers, and are free to our members.
