Job Title:                    Head Lifeguard/Pool Manager
Job Description:         The Head Lifeguard on duty is responsible for ensuring
                                   the  safety of all members and guests of the YMCA while
                                   using the pool facilities.  The head guard is also
                                   responsible for handling pool and patron related issues
                                   as they arise  and to make decisions and be accountable
                                   for daily operations of the pool.
Job Requirements:     Current Lifeguard, 1st Aid and CPR certifications. CPO
                                   and LGI certification is encouraged.

Job Title:                     Lifeguard
Job Description:         Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure
                                   their safety.
Job Requirements:     Current Lifeguard, 1st Aid and CPR certifications.

Job Title:                      Swim Instructor
Job Description:           Teach children of all ages how to swim and be safe
                                     around water.
Job Requirements:       Experience in instruction required, must be a good
                                     swimmer.  Previous swim instruction preferred,
                                     training possibilities do exist
